In short: a code you have not used can be refunded within 14 days. A used code counts as delivered and is not refunded. A code that never arrives or does not work is always fixed or refunded.
An unused code
If you have not redeemed your access code, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. You do not need to give a reason. We cancel the code when we refund it, so it can no longer be used.
A used code
Redeeming the code opens your access at once, so a used code counts as delivered digital content and is not refunded. If a payment is refunded or charged back after its code was used, the access it gave can be removed.

Always fixed or refunded
- The code never reached you and we cannot deliver it.
- The code does not work and we cannot fix it.
- You paid twice for the same order.
The code usually arrives within a few minutes, from Wildflover; the subject says “Your Access Code” or “Erişim Kodun”. Most codes that seem lost are in the spam folder or went to a different e-mail. If you paid with another e-mail and can open that inbox, change your account e-mail to it in Account Settings › Security, then redeem the code. If you cannot, write to us and we send a new code to the right account.
How to ask
Open a ticket on our Discord and include your order number and the e-mail you used at checkout. Please talk to us before you open a dispute with your bank or PayPal; it is usually faster for everyone.
Boost prices
The 1x Boost and 2x Boost prices are for members who boosted our Discord server once or twice. Write your Discord username in the order note, and our team checks the boost by hand. It is the same app and the same access as Standard, so the same refund rules apply.
The store's own process
- Gumroad handles refunds for Gumroad orders under its own terms. Write to us first: we check the code and back your request.
- Shopier refunds go back through Shopier to the card you paid with. How fast the money shows up depends on your bank.
